Mukufu Prison

Jeff and Robin went with Pastor Moses, Pastor Eric and the prison Health and Welfare Officer, Robert, to Mukufu Prison.  The prison is in a very remote area in the mountains.  They drove for two hours over very rough roads and rough terrain to get there.  The road passed through banana forests, all types of farms, and they crossed many streams.  At the prison there were 90 male prisoners and one female prisoner.  Pastor Moses translated in Nugisu.  The prisoners sang hymns and the song leader was a sergeant prison guard. Robin gave her testimony and Jeff preached a sermon about Cornelius and Simon Peter being obedient from Acts 10 and five prisoners accepted Christ.
